NothingLost reads messages from the project groups you connect — WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, text, and email. We turn those messages into summaries, flag anything that looks like a scope change, and help you produce documents from what was said. No human at NothingLost ever sees your messages. Everything is automated.
Summaries and flags stay in your account for as long as you need them. Full message content is deleted after 90 days. Everything is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
Only you and the team members you authorize. We never share, sell, or use your data for advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models.
NothingLost only reads the groups you choose to connect. We provide a configurable disclosure message you can send to group members so they know an AI tool is helping you organize. This is on by default.
Delete your data whenever you want from your dashboard. If you delete your account, we wipe everything within 30 days.
